Slight Update: I had a number of folks ask they we still do a newsletter. So I slimmed our list down to just "active" subscribers - i.e. folks who have opened some of the recent newsletters and/or been active here on the site. Then we're trying out Brevo (formerly send in blue) for newsletters as they are fairly affordable. They will let us do 300 emails a day for free and we can just split across 2 to 3 days for the slimmed down list. If we need to switch to a paid plan in the future we can, but it'll be a cheaper one than I was using on Wix, and we'd only need that if we get a lot more folks on the email list. I feel a little bad dropping half the list off, but they haven't opened any newsletters for the last few months, so it doesn't make sense to keep sending to them and they can always sign up again :) Hopefully that makes sense. Now you have lots of options!
